Check mechanism

My husband wanted to get a new scare prop for the kids this year, so he got this one at the store on sale. It was easy to put together, but when we turned it on all it did was talk. There was no head or mouth movement as stated, so we looked inside the neck to see what was going on. This unit had interior mechanisms that had fallen off during, I suppose, transport. A wire was pulled out and we couldn't get it to work. I hope they didn't sell us a returned item and just put it back on the shelf. If not, someone needs to get talking to quality control about either better handling, diff packaging or other. These are marked up so much they should be taking care of their stock.
No, I do not recommend this product.
