A: Thanks for your replies. My ottoman did not have buttons to attach the loops. I contacted ForLiving and they sent me ottoman panels that did. All set now. Great customer service.

Q: The dimensions say the height is 24 inches. Is this the top of the back or the top of the seat of the couch? 24 inches would indicate there is no back on it! Very low. Is this accurate?
