No Gross Messy Toilet Wax Rings

I looked online when our toilet developed a leak and discovered this much more user friendly replacement for the old style toilet wax ring. No mess and allows minor adjustments to seat the toilet. Much easier to use and seals just as well as the messy sticky toilet wax rings.

Q: Does the fluid master toilet gasket kit mentions it fits 3" and 4" waste pipes. Is the 3'' an inside diameter or outside diameter on the gasket kit itself

A: Typically pipes are measured as inside diameter. 3" Pipe having an ID of 3" nominal (3.075") and the pipe itself OD is 3.5". For 4" pipe it is 4.033 ID and 4.5" OD. The way the neck on this flange kit works is it fits inside the waste pipe.
