The Flex Shot Thick Rubber Adhesive Sealant in clear is a super thick rubber sealant that caulks, bonds and seals by forming a watertight, flexible barrier. No running or dripping and it never shrinks or cracks. No need for a caulking gun; just push the nozzle for a perfect bead every time. It works on porcelain, tile, metal, glass, fibreglass, wood, granite, stone, marble, fabric, upholstery, paper and just about any other surface that is free of grease and oil. Its applications include general home repairs, RV and motorhome weatherizing and repairs, boat repairs, furniture repairs and more.

Had a crack above my front window on the siding. The can was easy to dispense a nice bead along the crack. Ran my finger lightly over it so it wasn’t too beady. Great product. Hoping it holds up over the winter.

Q: Will flex shot work on concrete to stop water from coming in my basement?

A: Yes. We recommend, finding the source of the leak first and then applying Flex Shot from the outside in. Make sure the surface is clean and clear of debris.

Q: I need to redo the waterproof caulking between my undermount (stainless steel) kitchen sink and the countertop (granite or something similar). Don't really want to buy a caulking gun. Will this provide a good waterproof seal? Is it silicone-based?

Q: I need to waterproof cuts in a concrete floor slab so it doesn’t leak in the space below. Crack is about 1/4” wide max. Would this work

A: This product will certainly fill the ¼” wide cracks in the floor. So yes, it is an application appropriate solution. Another possibility would be to use Flex Seal Liquid (064-1530 Black & 064-1531 White) that can be poured into the cracks to fill them, and then dries into a flex rubberized fill. Also, the product that would provide the hardest finish would be Flex Glue (399-9740 Clear & 399-5971 White). Flex Glue could also be used and may resist foot traffic better that Flex Shot or Flex Seal Liquid.
