I bought this to fix a leak and my front concrete stairs. It was quick and easy to use and seem to seal the crack well. I like that it can be used from 0°C. I would recommend buying this product.

Q: can this be used while surface is wet or in light rain?

A: Flex Seal can be applied to a wet or moist surface in the event of an emergency. However, Flex Seal will always adhere better to a clean, dry surface. To ensure its longevity, we recommend you reapply Flex Seal once the area is completely dry.
