    Fiskars Falls Flat

    Bought this because I needed to prune some small branches in preparation for spring. When I began to cut, the dual mechanism kept getting stuck. When I was finally able to get to engage, I went to cut and the handle snapped. Not the quality I would expect..... Won't buy from them again

    Thanks for sharing your experience - and we’re really sorry to hear the pruner didn’t perform the way it should. The Dual Action Hand Pruner should not bind or have a handle break during normal use. The maximum cut capacity for this item is 1", so if the branches you were cutting were within that diameter and the break still occurred, we suggest either returning to the retailer or contacting our customer service for a replacement (https://www.fiskars.com/en-us/customer-service/warranties or warranty@fiskars.com).
