Q: Does this camera need an ethernet connection to the computer? If so, how does it go thru walls? I have not as yet picked this camera up and am wondering if I made a smart choice.
6 years agoA: The camera is WiFi capable it doesn't need Ethernet cable to operate, but you have an option to run Ethernet cable to the router.

Q: Where can I buy an extension for the charger? I want to plug tje charger inside but its not long enough!
6 years agoA: Hello Sylvie, Unfortunately we do not have a longer charger. We recommend getting and extension cord and plugging the adapter into it so that you can extend the range for the adapter. Thank you EZVIZ Team
