Not worth it.

Not very good quality, the bands a far too short for doing the exercises listed in the instruction sheet. It is cheaply made, and I really can't use it. I am 5' 10", and I can use it, anyone taller, could not use it at all; I do not recommend this product.

Unfortunately, one handle kept flying off in the middle of using. Happened a few times. It could not be properly secured. I am returning.

Good product, but it needs an extra set of handles so you don’t need to switch between bands. I’ll check to see if they are available separately. I thought the price was reasonable.
