Q: How do you set up the pull up bar I've purchased this product but it won't attach to my door?
12 years agoA: The kits comes with full instructions on how to assemble and install the Upper Body strength bar. The strength bar is not permanently installed to the door. To set up on the door: simply insert the Safety Wedge on the top of the door frame. Position the bottom edge of the plastic bar into the safety wedge. And guide down until it rests against the door frame.

Q: What exactly does this come with? What would be better for working out? This or the 40lb dumbbell set?
13 years agoA: This product comes with a pullup bar, ab-wheel, pushup bars, routine and eating guide. As far as which set would be better for working out, well it is a personal choice.
