Not sure if I like using this reflex ball. I tried it out when I got home and I couldn't get the suction to stick to my door frame or wall. Maybe I'll try wetting the suction. What I did do was loop it around my pull up bar and anchored it to a 25lbs kettlebell. It did the job, kind of. I'll use it for a couple more days and see if I want to keep it. On the plus side I do get a pretty good sweat.

No, I do not recommend this product.
