Q: I am finding it difficult to insert the weights. I feel like I have to tear every pouch
a year agoA: Hello Tara, The openings for the individual weights are a little tight because we don’t want the weights to fall out during the exercise. You just need to shimmy the sandbag to a point where you can fit bottom of the weight into the pocket. Once that step is complete, you can then push the weight to the bottom of the pocket and then move top flap of the pocket over the weight. Thank you.
