Q: how do you change the position of the bindings

A: To change the position of the bindings, loosen the bolts that hold the bindings and then rotate to the desired position. Retighten the bolts once the position is in the optimum place. You may also flip the binding entirely by removing the holding bolts and rotating to the desired position. Reinsert the bolts and tighten.
