Never buy it again

I have bought one last year and after 1 month it quit working, exchanged it for another and it worked for about 6 months, brought it back again and got this one and after using it 3 weeks it broke again. Going to get my money back. The fan is very loud to much torque for such a small fan and it burns out. It was a good idea but should have been better tested. I have talked with other people that have had one and they said the same thing or theirs broke in a short period of time too.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good idea, solid construction, wrong choice of the motor - too loud.
It works (moving air, not too much of it for the room though), but is impossible to use: it's quite audible, more than common fans, impossible to concentrate (in the same and adjacent room). Annoying.
Small desktop fan on clip does the job better.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How does the fan affix to the door frame?

A: The fan is affixed to the door frame with 1” screws. The screws need to project ¼” to allow the fan to hang on the screws. The screws can be tightened to provide a more firm installation.
