won't boost a car at -20C

I've tried this twice unsuccessfully. The cable light shows green but the car won't start. I tried a different model and it would start a boat several times before needing to be recharged.

A: When they say it needs "some voltage", it needs a lot of voltage or it won't sense that you are connected properly. You almost need to know your car isn't going to start before you try to start it. Take note, all of the positive reviews are from people in the tested program and/or received it for free.

Q: If well taken care of, what is the lifetime of this Lithium-Ion battery before it requires replacing? If I follow all guidelines of proper Lithium-Ion batteries maintenance, how many years can I get out of this battery before it wouldn't boost a simple 2 liters V4?

A: Because everyone’s amount of usage will vary it is impossible to provide an estimate of life based on time (e.g. years). The lithium-ion battery is designed for 1000 cycles (of charge and discharge).
