Canadian tire doesnt sell much stainless steel cook wear.

I bought this only because there was no stainless steal option. After i seen a great stainless steel roster at superstore. I found tons of options for stainless steel cook wear there. I no long go to canadain tire for cook wear, only as a last resort.

Q: Can I boil water with it in high heat on a stove top . . . to steam fish? Will the enamel or granite fall off & stick to the heating element? Will it release harmful gases?

Q: Does Canadian Tire carry a rack to put inside your 15-18 lbs turkey roaster? . I have the roaster at home and love using it, but it would be alot better if a rack came with it.
