Love the design of the bottle, however it leaks. I've had the bottle for only two months and the seal in the lid has loosened somehow (I only use it for chilled, still water, never placed in a dishwasher, never removed for cleaning) allowing water to seep out even when "locked. "

I can't say enough about this water bottle. By far my favorite, and I have had many. the flip lid is great for keeping the ick out and is just plain fun to use. The secondary flip lid for easy filling is a huge help. I often struggle with grip and not having to unscrew a lid for refill has been empowering. I no longer need to ask for help when my grip is failing. it is easy to clean as the gaskets come off easily and are easy to reinstall. I ran in to an issue with one of my gaskets and reached out to ello. the not only replaced my lid but their customer support was exemplary. my lid arrived a day early and communication was the best I have ever experienced. I would 10/10 recommend.

Good design and sturdy bottle, my daughter liked it. The sipper is easy to access , open up with just a click. And the capacity is good, I was actually looking for somewhere around 1.5L but 1L is not bad too.
