It's a wonderful machine that has plenty of power even in wet snow. I've owned it 2 weeks and no regrets so far. I found the batteries, machine construction and ease of operation to be well designed , user friendly and very intuitive. Thanks so much

Powerful machine, weak batteries

I’ve owned this for three weeks now in Wisconsin and have used it several times. Overall, the machine performs well—it throws snow effectively and clears right down to the pavement. However, the battery life is a significant drawback during heavier falls. While it handles light dustings easily, a 6-inch snowfall prevented me from finishing my 1,300 sq. ft. driveway on a single charge. It’s frustrating that the machine requires both batteries to operate, especially since one of my brand-new batteries seems to drain significantly faster than the other. I decided to keep it rather than deal with a return, but given the battery limitations, I’m not sure I would purchase this model again.

Have had one snowfall since purchase. Used the snowblower to clear my driveway of about six inches of snow. Worked well. Was able to do the job using one charge on the batteries.
