Poor quality.

Very cheaply made, best for those under 120 lbs. I'm 160 lbs. and the push-up handles feel like they'll break after a few reps. The pull-up bar is very thin and lacks rigidity, hanging feels like it's going to bend/break at the mid-point connection (not safe).

No, I do not recommend this product.

Overall a great value for what are included. The pull up bar has some quality problem. The metal to be put on top of the door frame is not flat. Also it doesn’t fit the apartment door. We did the drill and readjusted it.
