Missing part - huge Christmas disappointment

Missing piece and still waiting on eastpoint to respond to my email bc you have to deal with them and not canadian tire which is such a huge inconvenience, especially when this was a Christmas present for an 11 year old who hasn't been able to enjoy it once yet. I do not recommend buying things from stores that can't step in or step up to help solve a problem themselves and therefore do not recommend buying this product from Canadian tire.

Mediocre Quality

Bought it for my son’s Christmas present. Easily assembled in an hour, but presswood has a tendency to split. I would wait until it goes on sale to purchase, not worth the $350+. Handles easily come off as there’s no set screws. Family enjoy playing it.
