E3.16 spark plug

I was replacing an RDJ8J spark plug on my 27cc Sting trimmer. The packaging said the E3.16 was the right plug to replace the existing. It started fine but misfired when accelerated . put the old plug back in no misfire. cleaned air filter put new gas in tank and tried e3.16 again same misfire. so the Lifetime Guarantee is of little use when the plug doesn't work out of the box and you would just as soon get your money back but you have used the plug , I also emailed manufacture explained what was happening he said it was a first. He never got back with any final solution

Put this plug in my old B&S lawnmower quantum engine as was having problems pull starting, taking 4 or 5 pulls. So far used this for two lawn mowings and it restarts the mower first time, every time, no matter how hot the engine is. Highly recommended.
