Already having problems with suction and an intermittent noise. Battery also does not last long.

They did honor the exchange of the main body the machine came detective explain the problem and did honor the exchange of the main body really disapointed they made just waist my time

Acheté depuis 15 jours, Le Dyson V11 Torque avec hésitation à cause du prix mais je suis maintenant satisfaite de mon achat. Accessoires pratique et aspiration à la hauteur de mes attentes. Avec un enfant et 2 chats, le ménage devient agréable par sa performance et cela devient un jeu pour les grands enfants de passer l'aspirateur.
Déjà utilisatrice du dyson V7 qui fonctionne toujours.

Q: is it annoying to always have to keep your finger on the power button to make it work? will it make your fingers sore? I wonder why they just didn't put a simple on/off switch!

A: At first it was annoying. My old vacuum had a locking switch to keep it on. However after using it for awhile, I don't notice it anymore. It is also heavier than many cordless, which becomes an issue if doing the whole house at once.

A: Yes, it is the best vacuum I have ever had, I’m a senior and needed something lightweight and versatile it’s great for floors, rugs and even those hard to get to places like the ceilings

Q: Hello, there is a button on the torque cleaner head - + and triangle, what does that mean. Do we adjust it according to the surface cleaned or it stays in the middle?

A: Hello Aizaq, This is Miella from Dyson. The button is the adjuster control to adjust the suction and height of the cleaner head for various surfaces. You can absolutely adjust it to the surface as needed. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support

Q: Hello Dyson customer service. Is the V11 canadian tire version sv14 or sv15? There seems to be a model revision where sv15 is a bit more powerful and has a click-in battery. This info is nowhere to be found on the description or on the dyson website.
