Already having problems with suction and an intermittent noise. Battery also does not last long.

They did honor the exchange of the main body the machine came detective explain the problem and did honor the exchange of the main body really disapointed they made just waist my time

Q: What bit size drill is needed to mount the anchor to the wall? Instructions on the pamphlet doesn’t say ( I have the v11 absolute)

We always suggest checking with your local hardware store for the best suggestion or recommendation, based on your wall type. Q: I guess I have not been asking the right question. I want to know how and where the Dyson vacuum batteries are plugged in to charge them? I see they have power docks, but I want to know how they are powered?

A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The dock that comes with the Dyson does not provide power to charge the battery. The charger does that. If you store the machine on the dock, and want the machine to charge while it's on the dock, you'll follow in the included instructions that come with the machine, to install the charger with the dock to provide contact to the machine. Q: Does the V11 Absolute Extra have a plastic wand? And all others including the regular Absolute have a metal wand? (I don’t mean attachments, just the vacuum on its own).

Q: How can the V11 absolute extra with plastic wand weight the same as the absolute with metal wand when they have the same dimensions?? What is the difference besides colour?
