broke after 3 months

I bought this in January 2022 and it broke in March. I have been trying to get a replacement through warranty. Its July and I still have not received a replacement. Buy another brand that is cheaper. does the same job and probably sturdier.

So far 2 thumbs up! Loving the new Dyson! We were wanting the V15 but no availability. So we decided to give the V11 a go! Very happy with it so far! So easy to grab and do a quick Vacuum!

Q: What’s the difference between Absolute (blue), Absolute+ (gold), and Absolute Extra (red/orange) sold only at Canadian Tire?

A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Generally the only difference you'll find among models would be tools that come in the box. For example on the V11 Absolute, you have 2 cleaner heads; the high torque head which intelligently adapts to different floor types in auto mode, and the soft roller head for your bare floors. There's also 3 suction modes and run time of up to one hours. V11 Absolute will also include the combination tool, crevice tool, mini motorized tool, soft dusting brush and stiff bristle brush. V11 Absolute Extra will include everything listed above, plus an extension hose, flexi-crevice tool and an up top adaptor. Q: There is an Absolute + model that comes with clip in Battery, like the V11 Outsize. is this the same as the Absolute + or is this just the basic Absolute model only exclusive to Canadian Tire?

Q: In the specifications list, it states that the V11 Absolute Extra Stick does not have a hepa filter. Is this the case given the other V11 Absolute does have a hepa filter?

A: Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Both the Dyson V11 Absolute Extra, and the V11 Absolute + will provide you with the same suction power and run time. Both models include our advanced LCD screen display which monitors system performance 8,000 times a second, then reports back in real time. You'll receive notifications of blockages, have a real-time countdown mode alerting you to remaining battery life in the mode you're using, and you'll also see filter alerts letting you know when it's time to clean your filter. The Absolute Extra from Canadian Tire will include our torque drive cleaner head which features our Dynamic Load Sensor technology, along with the soft roller head which has been engineered specifically for use on bare floors. You'd also receive the combination and crevice tools, mini motor head tool, mini soft dusting brush, stiff bristle brush and the flexi-crevice tool. The Absolute + from Dyson direct also features the same two floor tools, the high torque head and soft roller head. The tools included in the box with this machine will be the crevice and combinaton tools, mini motor head, and the mini soft dusting brush.
