the handle of the vacuum cleaner breaks immediately

because, according to the law of physics, such a thin plastic would not be able to hold such a heavy pipe under pressure.

Not as good as I thought it would be

I have owned many types and brands of vacuums. This one is not spectacular. It is good. The powerhead works great for carpet. The bare floor attachment needs to be cleaned off frequently as it accumulates a lot of hair and debris. Great suction, but if it clogs it is hard to clear out. The canister saves on buying bags for sure. The biggest downside to the unit is that it is heavy. Definitely not a lightweight unit to use. The handle and the wand is heavy to use. I have arthritis and it does make my hands and arms hurt to use it. It is not ergonomically friendly for my hands. The unit is heavy to lift and store. The cord could be a bit longer to save having to unplug it to reach all the areas. So far it has worked without issues and is durable. Not too noisy either.

This vacuum delivers on its promise of high quality. It's got good power and things like the power cord recoil work really well. The cons are somewhat obvious, but i'll mention them anyway. It's very heavy and it's very bulky.

Powerful suction

Wow this machine certainly does suck up...great for both wood and carpeted floors. Nice not to have to replace bags! Canister is a bit heavy to lift (I am a senior ) but rolls along very easily and smoothly when vacuuming. Can vacuum under beds.
