Nothing But Dyson For My Wife

This is the second Dyson Big Ball we have owned. We live in the country in a old house which is almost 200 years old The floors are groove and tongue hemlock boards which collect dust in the joints. My wife vacuums some portion of the house every day. We vacuum the car with it also. The old one was loosing suction. I checked it and the connections were loose and the power nozzle was weak. I took it to a shop and they confirmed so I got another brand and took it home, It was not Dyson. Needless to say we both went next time and came home with a Dyson and it works fantastic

Q: Can I return after using it once? I have bad arthritis in my hands and thought it would be easier to use than an upright, but turns out it's much harder.
