I received my MM40 by request for Christmas and have had it in use ever since. And I've spent a lot of timing thinking of how much easier my life would have been if I had it years ago. First, I need to cut a small piece of particle board as a support for some address tiles. It would have been the hacksaw if it wasn't for the MM40 plunge cut tool. So easy! Then I decided to build a pallet wall for my son's bedroom. This entails collecting and dismantling used pallets, sanding wood, cutting and trimming wood. The MM40 wasn't much help with collecting the pallets of course but it was in constant use for everything else. I think I need two of them now so that my son can help me! First, I see all these videos online describing how HARD it is to dismantle pallets! Not with an MM40! Slide on that wood/metal plunge blade and cut right through all those nails! Like butter! Then my son decided he wanted the wood sanded a bit instead of completely raw so swap in the sander and those boards are sanded in no time. I have to trim a few boards to fit them around a window so why pull out another saw when the wood plunge blade can cut through a 4" width blade in under a minute? My husband likes me to clean up my tools when I'm done with a project but it's entirely counter-productive to bother putting my MM40 away!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

I have used this tool on several jobs from timing the edge of drywall with the chisel blade, cutting drywall with the half round saw, cutting wood in close quarters, and sanding a small BBQ ready for painting. It has performed very well. I should have bought one a long time ago.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

I had 24 inch deep upper kitchen cabinet that needed to be 12 inch deep to match the rest of the cabinets. The best part of my project was that I did not have to remove the cabinet from the wall. The blade attaches to tool in multi directions making getting into tight places was a breeze.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
