Customer response from Canadian Tire is the worst service experience in all of my life.

I bought this product 10 days ago and I never received it , although same day delivery requested. I reported this 7 times with no response from Canadian Tire "case manager" or its 'backroom people". I reported it to Door Dash and its driver 'Parvinder" with no response to date.

The pads are not leak proof as advertised. You see a spot on the top but when removing the pad it is completely wet on the floor
