Excellant brightness when they work but it took 3 days to charge them initially and even the smallest amount of light around them turns them off so for a deck or path near any kind of other outside lighting they are useless

seem ok but half don't work from store
a year ago
bought 9 lights 5 worked had to take 4 back as they didnt work, need 1 more but store has none....seem to be expensive and if i only get 2 years out of them i won't be buying again...they are nice when working though

A: Hello, it depends of the model you bought. In some models like DE96283F you can replace the battery.

Q: I bought two and have Ben out in the sun but won’t turn on at night. Can’t see any on off switch or battery tab.

A: Please ensure the magnet is taken off the light, which is underneath the light. That will allow the battery to engage. As well, please ensure the film tap is removed from the solar panel to allow for the panel to charge.

Q: Battery Lifespan Besides the day to day operation, how many years do the batteries last?

A: With proper use, meaning a consistent daily charge all year the batteries can last up to 5 years.
