Poor part quality with no replacement

Worked great until it didn’t. The lock on the filter compartment broke & a replacement part is not available. The last dirt devil I had was very similar to the vibe, but lasted much longer without issue. I’m sorry to see the quality diminish.

Don’t buy!! Reminds me a children’s toy vacuum

Very poor product - it reminds me a children’s toy vacuum!! The suction is super bad and I have to go over the same spot multiple times to be able to pick up the dirt/dust. The brushroll always gets stuff stuck in it and then it doesn’t work to where I have to cut things out of it. The wheels are SO LOUD on hardwood floors, and keep in mind that I sweep every time before I vacuum and it still is this bad. Overall, this vacuum is super cheaply made… don’t waste your money on this vacuum and go buy a better one instead.

Second one broke

My first one broke after a few years- the brush stopped turning. Bought a new one because I love the size, and 1.5 years later: same issue. Don't waste your money on this. It's garbage.
