Cheap parts - poor warranty

Bought this less than 2 months ago. I found it to be handy as it is small and compact. The cheap plastic clip that attaches the dirt cup to the body snapped. Manufacturer will not repair, neither will Canadian Tire.
What is the point of a 2 year warranty ?

NO suction. Don't buy it!

Don't buy this vacuum. A lot of the reviews say the same thing and its true. This vacuum has NO suction. The only way to get suction is to use the hose. I am not vacuuming my whole apartment with the hose. Spend the extra money and get a good vacuum. All the replies to the reviews state to try cleaning the filter, empty the canister etc... I DO that! Doesn't make a difference.

I bought this because I have a very small house with only one dog. This vacuum clogs every single time I use it, at least once. I have to take it all apart in order to dig out the debris, which takes at least 10 minutes. This is all to vacuum and area of about 20 feet by 20 feet. Do not waste your money, unless you are pet free. I really wish I had spent more money for a quality product. It would be faster to pick up every single hair on the carpet by hand then to use this vacuum.

sucks at sucking

I had to sweep after I vacuumed, it threw sand at me, it is loud, and when I tried to use it on my area rug, it did not looked Iike I vacuumed, it does not pick up all the cat hair, I passed the vacuum over the same area 10 times and still hair on rug. I can now only exchange it at Canadian Tire, didn't even own for a full week. Not impressed
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: there is a HEPA filter included in the box with the vacuum... i am not sure how long the filter lasts, but i figure you could replace it once every year or so if you wanted...

Q: The wheels of the vacuum leave marks on my laminate floors. Is there a fix for this? I have washed but it doesn't solve the problem. Other than that, it works great but the clip on mine broke so I have put tape around the cup everything I use it.
