Great basic bike!

Bought this bike for my son last year and it's been terrific. It's a Hybrid, so not really meant for trails, but he just needed something to get around town.

This bike has been a disaster since I bought it about 3 months ago. First off, the tire wasn't on correctly. Secondly, the chain fell off after about the 8th ride. Thirdly, the gears were grinding. And finally the bike is now dragging. I would seriously avoid this bike. I only go on short trips (less than 15 minutes), and I've already encountered all these issues in a short space of time.

I wasn’t able to use the bike

I can’t review the bikes as I have returned it without using it. I can say it looked very nice. What I can review is the assembly of the bikes. The seat was left very high and upon return the bike technician let me know that the handle bars where not assembled correctly and the bike seat was left too high, which can be dangerous. The reason I returned the bikes was due to the size. They were too small for a 6’1”. I needed an extra large size. I am thankful to the helpful technician for all of their help.
