Bad drill DO NOT BUY!REVERSE/FORWARD STUCK

Bad drill ,,, stuck reverse forward switch as a brand new item BAD TOOL , bought just tried to use it and reverse forward switch is Stuck !!!! called Dewalt Canada and they claim there nothing wrong with the item , it is a known issue and they are not standing behind the product . told me that drill carry only 30 days warranty , the card in the box listed as 3 years warranty, emailed dewalt again and no reply from them been waiting over a month now ,,,

i got this dewalt air 3/8 drill for the 1st time use the forward/reverse switch lever is stuck won't move ,very bad to see Dewalt having that issue with the drill,As dewalt tools owner i am so disappointed of the quality of the drill ,feel like i spend money on bad product and money went into the toilet,

No, I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this 2 days ago, just got it out of the box and the forward/reverse is stuck.

BAD Quality Control

I just bought mine on clearance. Went home and the forward/ reverse is stuck in one direction. Took it back and grabbed the last one which I opened there and SAME thing!! Canadian Tire employees were awesome. Got my money back to find a better quality one elsewhere. I looked at some reviews from other stores on this item and apparently this issues goes back a ways. What is Dewalt doing when it comes to QC??????
