Says it's HEPA filter, but only rated at 1 micron

The description and title of this filter specifies it's a HEPA filter. Yet in the description, it only captures down to 1 micron. If it's only down to 1 micron, then it's not HEPA. HEPA needs to be able to capture lower, including down to 0.3 microns

No, I do not recommend this product.
