Product Details

Our Flathead Paddle Switch Small Angle Grinder is brushless, so there is no need to change old brushes, and it ensures a longer motor life. Its break stops the wheel in 2 seconds or less when the switch is released. It also features a Kickback Break that engages maximum force to stop the wheel when there is a pinch, stall, or bind-up to reduce kickback. The grinder will also shut off in those events to further protect the user.

Flat head Easy to get in right spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool is awesome i upgraded from a regular Dewalt corded grinder to this one slim grinding head it has makes it easier to get I to tight areas to grind or cut off stuff. The batteries last a long time which is good also for those mobile techs or anyone not able to plug in.

Runs nice and cool, and lots of power!

Ive had this kit 7mo now and it awesome, it absolutely feels no less powerful than a corded 4.5-5". You can easily remove or adjust the gaurd with the disc on, which makes disc changing super easy. Ive ran it through multiple batteries in a row(2x6ah followed by 2x9ah), ranging from heavy metal cutting and ginding to light duty woodworking and it stays amazingly cool. If only it had a Slightly thinner grip and a variable speed setting, the trigger feels like a variable speed trigger which got me a little exited upon first inspection thinking "Maybe!". Although even without those features id still buy it again. Great tool dewalt! PS: im also a little bummed that this grinder, along with my dcg414 did not come with the nice vibration dampening handles.
