Part of the 6 tool combo kit i bought earlier this year. Absolutely love it. Have owned other tool brand drills and this Dewalt out performs all of those on the comparable applications I used every drill on. Thats with the standard battery that came with the kit. Eager to try with a better battery that's out there. An any case this is a wonderful tool foe the DIay/homeowner plus I've seen Drwalt tools on every job site I've ever been on here in western Montana. Its a good buy don't be overly critical.

Got a good deal on one of these drills, works quite well. This is more of an entry level drill in the Dewalt line I think but it's worked fine for everything I've thrown at it. Mainly used it for prep with automotive body work or drilling holes for undercoating. Has worked fine, never got too hot, clutch and chuck are easy to engage and work with. The directional switch is finnicky though feels cheap. Overall though it feels like a clear cut above other cheaper drills I've used (Mastercraft, Ryobi)

Had this drill motor for longer than I can remember, this thing has taken multiple drops and hits and all its black paint has stripped away but it still works flawlessly to this day. Dewalt has always been my favorite tool brand.

A: Hello Greeneye, We appreciate your question. We're sorry if you are having issues removing the chuck. The screws specifications are: Part# 330019-24 Screw Plastite, M3.12 X 19Mm T10. A T10 (torx screwdriver is needed to remove and screw in).
