Great Pool

This spring our 12x24 pool decided to call it quits so in the interim bought this pool and so happy we did. Great pool. Great to cool off in. Good size as well. Easy set up. Had a problem finding level ground in our yard so ended up putting it on the deck. With patience the pool could have been placed on the grass. The pool has to be completely empty before moving it. I placed two floating solar lily pad fountains to keep the water moving. I have no negatives for this pool. So glad we bought it. Great pool for the price and a great way to keep cool. I was going to submit a photo but unfortunately can't.

Grande mais pas très solide

Je l'ai achetée à l'été 2015 et à la mi-août, le fond avait déja un trou. J'ai seulement 2 petits, plutôt sages, pas de gravier, ni d'objets coupants dans le jardin et on l'a utilisée 2 fois par semaine seulement. Ça n'a pas résisté longtemps. Je ne recommande pas cette piscine à cause de ce défaut majeur. Avant le trou, je la trouvais correct sans plus. Elle est de bonne dimension mais une fois remplie la structure se tasse. Donc remplir à moitié pour que ça tienne bien.

Q: should there be something on the ground between the pool and the ground and if so, what would you recommend?

A: The manufacturer recommends setting the pool up on a smooth surface that is free of sticks, stones and other sharp objects. A tarpaulin or ground sheet could be used under the pool for extra protection.

Q: For a pool this size, should the water be treated, or just drained after every use?

A: You could definitely add a floater and sanitizer of choice (ie. chlorine/bromine) to keep the water clean for this pool. It is also small enough that you could empty & refill it occasionally as well.

Q: How does the warranty work? Today i noticed the water in my pool had leaked out. The drain plug was completely closed so it must have a hole somewhere. I checked the box and it did not come with a repair patch as specified. How do i get new one-every location is sold out.

A: It carries a one year exchange warranty against manufacturing defects. To return it for warranty exchange, bring it to any Canadian Tire store within the warranty period, with your receipt. Warranty exchanges without the original receipt will be offered at the Canadian Tire store’s discretion. if the product is not available, you will be offered a refund card.
