Great upgrade from a basic shower head.

The shower head installed easily and the instructions were simple to follow. I like the ability to control the water flow between the outer ring and the center spout. The rain shower stills gives a nice volume of water and combining it with the center spout really gives you a full shower feeling. There is plenty of pressure to rinse shampoo or conditioner out of you hair. The flexible metal hose is much nicer than a plastic or rubber hose.

Q: Shower head won't screw into the shower pipe even though it should be compatible in size. The shower head end that needs to be connected seems not deep enough to screw onto the shower pipe compared to my old shower head. Do i need a kind of adapter?

Q: I have an older shower with a diverter on the faucet, so it requires a handheld shower head, vs a fixed one at the top. Will this work for that type?

Q: Our old shower head had more pressure, the pressure is ok with this shower head but is there a way to increase it just a bit more? Our old shower head having more pressure tells me it isn't a plumbing pressure issue.

A: All new shower heads now have a flow restrictor valve installed to limit water consumption. The manufacturer will not instruct you on how to remove it but YouTube is full of videos providing easy instructions. Once removed this shower head is very good, with it very poor.

Q: Our inner show head of this Delta is not working. Any suggestions?? Worked fine one morning, next morning, nothing, only the large one is working. Can it be returned without packaging or sales receipt. This was a Xmas gift from 2012 and installed in Jan/2013.

A: I wonder if the lever on the inner (hand held) shower head was turned inadvertently? turn the lever while the water is running and see if that is your problem. The lever turns the water to the inner shower head on and off and stronger or weaker.

Q: I bought this today and it doesn't come with any of the three washers mentioned in the package as being included. The instructions say to ensure the washer is inserted before adding onto the shower arm. How do I install it without these missing pieces?
