Very disappointed

Bought this with hopes of having rain head and handheld together. Two main issues: it requires for user to reach up behind head to change flow from one head to the other. This is hard for folks under six feet to reach. Other issue is lack of pressure when showering. Feels like standing underneath a leaky water hose hoping to get all soap and shampoo off your body. Wish I had read other reviews beforehand.

Warranty replacement

I had trouble with a new combo shower head that I just installed. I called customer service and they immediately determined I had a defective unit. Three days later I had a new unit in hand. They were very helpful and replacement was fast and easy. When they say guaranteed for life, they stand behind that promise.

Really good shower head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new shower head because our other one was leaking. This dual head one is awesome. I really like being able to use one or both at the same time. It was easy to install. The water pressure coming out of it is really strong.

Even though it's a water saver features it has good water flow and pressure. I like it has the handheld and rainfall head and can be used together.It has a pause feature and other settings there is something for everyone to love from this Delta showerhead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve slowly been upgrading everything in our house as we can. We got this shower head and was a little skeptical. But we LOVE it!! I love how you can switch between modes. Can have both on at the same time, or just one or the other. You can also change the pressure and strength of the water. Which is amazing because we all prefer something different. It was a fight over who was going to take the first shower with it to test it out! Delta makes great products and this definitely won’t disappoint.
