Smooth Hot/Cold Mix - Clear Install Instructions

The single handle for hot/cold mix works smoothly.
Brushed metal look is nice.
The installation instructions were clear.
I'm a basic handyman.
So after removal of my old defective faucet, I estimate it took me 45 minutes to an hour to install this Delta faucet.
Only complaint is that the design makes it difficult to tighten the nuts to secure the tap to the sink from underneath when there isn't much space between the faucet, the backwall of the vanity and the sink.

Q: I just purchase this faucet for installation into a sink with a single hole. The description indicates 1 or 3 Hole, 4" Centre but on receiving the faucet there is no way that it will fit and be secured in a 1 hole. Any trick to this?

A: Further inspection of the actual product shows that it is designed specifically for 3-hole sink and not 1 or 3 hole as advertised by Canadian Tire. I recommend CT update their website to accurately reflect the product.
