Very disappointed. Very low water pressure. Poor

We just built a new home and installed these 2 of these in our guest bathrooms. I just tried to use them myself and was embarrassed by how poorly designed they were. In addition when both handheld and shower run at the same time very low water pressure. We will be replacing them with better units from Kolher.

I’ve had this unit a little over a year and the handheld part has started dripping long after the water is turned off. I’ve emailed Delta about this to see if I need a new seal or what they recommend to fix the issue and no response, it has been over a week.

Poor water pressure

I bought this shower head because it appeared to have what I desired. A stationary head and a hand held that I could use to rinse off and to wash the shower down when I finished with my shower. The problem is that there is not enough water pressure to rinse the soap from my body much less the shower. After reading the other reviews, I find that the restrictor in the inlet is not adjustable or removable. What a poorly designed product. One size doesn't fit all and being able to make adjustments is what a normal person would expect. Changed shower head back to the old one from the shower and there is plenty of pressure. Unhappy customer.

Like many other reviews, hard to attack handheld shower to the wall mount. Does not seem to stay put. Seems like it could have been made much better. Wish I had bought the magnetic hand held instead. Pressure is good from shower head but is reduced when using water from both handheld and wall mount.
