loose handle after 1 months of use

I purchased this product back in November.When it was on sale and finally had a chance to install it now and after a month of use the handle is loose and i'm not happy with that. As a retired construction guy who's working in renovations.I've always depended on this line of products.

Check for o rings before installation!

The faucet is great once the flaws were worked around. The braided tubing that came with it didn't have o rings. Didn't realize this until after it was installed and water was turned on. Very disappointed with that aspect of quality control.

A: I do not know what the cartridge means but yes I frequently do not pull the faucet all the way down to shut it off and the water still runs, Yes, can get expensive over a period of time
