Misleading Online Info

I ordered this shower handheld because under features it says "Watersense Certified." When I received the item, it was NOT certified (2.5gpm). Hmm... I returned this product immediately to the store and informed them of the information discrepancy. I used a lot of time deciding on a purchase online, only to be deceived. Only products less than 2.0gpm can be considered certified, and I confirmed it with BC Hydro. If you use this, expect your water bill to go up. Thanks!

Q: Is plumber's tape required to install this shower head?

A: Tape should be used for the shower arm to connect to the Elbow in the wall and the wand mount. I believe tape comes with the kit. Tape is not needed for the hose ends. Use washers supplied with the unit.
