    Poor Design, cost cut

    off on handle does not match off on label. they just used parts from other models to make this and didn't relabel to match. ascetically horrible. last time i checked, the label is to dictate where off is, in this case, don't try to get to off or you will break the valve. also, water flow is crazy horrible.

    Original valve that came with was broken. Got a new one from company. Valve says should be getting roughly 8.53gallons of water with 80psi. My house is 70psi. Barely get 4 gallons a minute, half of what the paperwork says and the professionals over at Delta say. It’s garbage. Don’t waste your money.

    Pros: we like the design. Cons: it's plastic and feels flimsy, faucet doesn't move easily, it's not spot resistant - very visible water spots after one use.

    We remodeled two bathrooms using Ara 17 designs, one with a tub/shower and one just a shower. Both look good and function very well with one complaint. In both the cover over the temperature control valve either has come off or is very loose. The one that has come off was very loose from the start and the other one seems like it will come off in a matter of time. We can put it back on and it will stay on for a while but it would be great to have some replacements that would stay on.
