Stay away - flawed machine with impossible warrant

When the machine works it makes a pretty good coffee. That said don't count on it to actually make coffee every time you want one. 2 months, dozens of emails, hours of troubleshooting and countless videos submitted we have a $600 piece of decor on our counter. The warranty process with Delonghi is excessive for such an expensive product. The expectation for the consumer to take video, be available for a video call is assuming they have degrees in IT and appliance repair. I spent less hours claiming a full engine repair on my 2016 Kia (Gold star Kia Canada). I would have been better off purchasing 6 $100 machines and throwing them out when they got dirty Stay far away from De'Longhi based on my warranty experience. And no, you are not able to return it to Canadian Tire

At first, the coffees were excellent, but then the brewing system went haywire — the coffee turned bitter, overly dark, and kept clogging up. I’m hoping it was just a manufacturing defect, because we really enjoyed the first few coffees. I ended up returning the item.
