Mine did not come with a water tank for espresso. Need one, otherwise not able to use it. Will drain all the water!

At exactly two years the water pump on coffee side failed to work. We cleaned it regularly with descaling fluid. Deloungi said sorry can’t help and offered a 20% discount on another machine!! Not a chance! I think it is also a bad design as possibly the coffee grinds can overflow into water filler spout. See photo. We bought an expensive coffee maker to save money- but now have to buy another coffee maker! Our cheap Black and Decker lasted longer than this piece of junk!

Q: Am I the only person having issues with the carafe? It drips coffee everywhere when pouring coffee from it. Any suggestions on how to address this?

A: I do not have any issues with this unit, Have you followed all of the instructions. Once the carafe has been removed the hole where the coffee comes out should be blocked. I am not sure what is happening unless you have filled the reservoir too full. There are hash marks on the reservoir to tell you how much water you have in the tank. If too much, it might overflow.
