Q: I bought this as a gift. I would like to provide the coffee and expresso with the machine. Do I need to buy the ground coffee and expresso or the beans. ( I'm not sure if the machine will grind the beans.)

Q: Am I the only person having issues with the carafe? It drips coffee everywhere when pouring coffee from it. Any suggestions on how to address this?
2 years agoA: I do not have any issues with this unit, Have you followed all of the instructions. Once the carafe has been removed the hole where the coffee comes out should be blocked. I am not sure what is happening unless you have filled the reservoir too full. There are hash marks on the reservoir to tell you how much water you have in the tank. If too much, it might overflow.
