It forms a 100% waterproof barrier that can be applied to damp surfaces, allowing installation even in wet conditions. The sealant dries fast - in just 30 minutes. Also, it's rain-ready and paintable - yet lasts for years. Specially formulated to meet ASTM C920, Class 35, it is great for exterior and interior use.
