Great faucet!!!

After having a leaky faucet and being complete novices at faucet replacement, this was a very easy install. The instructions are step-by-step and simple to follow. AND after 2 weeks there are still no leaks! It looks great and the price (on sale) couldn't be beat either.

Very Disappointed

I purchased this Rosemount Kitchen Faucet A few years ago now, but every year I have to go back to "Danze" to replace the spray nozzle because the darn things just fall apart. Now the chrome blanking plate on our sink is discolored. I must say, "Danze" are very quick to replace the parts, but I am getting sick and tired of having to repairing / replacing the parts every year or so.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Quality control needed

While this is a lovely faucet aesthetically, with a beautiful nickel finish the overall quality is poor.
My spray head did not work after installing the product. Install is straight forward but keep in mind you will need to purchase your own water inlet hoses.
I called the company as per instructions in the box. A new spray head was sent to me but it turned out to be the wrong type. I called back to reorder and I was told the part was on back order and may take a month to arrive.
Secondly a leak developed in the spray hose connection, the connector is mad out of plastic. The problem ended up being a broken O-ring which I ended buying myself instead of trying to call the company again.
Spend a little more buy a Moen or a Delta. This product is not worth it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed ...

Product purchased in 2009, have been pleased with performance until now. The faucet head is stuck between water flow options so I have spray and single flow at same time....water everywhere.
Impressed with Danze customer service who politely and promptly have authorized for me to return the item and get replacement...
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Hi. Turn the sprayer. You have three options: spray, stream or both. You have to move it to get right one.

Q: Can this faucet be mounted without the 3 hole cover plate?

A: Absolutely. We had to use it because we had three holes drilled into our granite for the previous faucet. If you only have one hole, it will work fine. I think it will look even better without the plate.

Q: Does the spray head lock into the stationary position after you use it? Is there a way to lock the spray head back into the stationary position after pulling it out and using it? Ours appears to not have any connectors or tabs to keep it in that stationary position so it just sort of hangs there.

A: The sprayhead should stay in the spout end when pushed in, if it does not check the connection under neath to make sure there is no obstructions for the pull out hose. If there are none your weight or spring may require an adjustment. Just contact the technical service center listed on your manual for more assistance.

Q: Difficult to switch from spray to stream to switch between spray/stream this site says turn the spray head to the left but this is very difficult. You need to pull down the head and hold the black plastic connector and force the head to switch to stream?
