Less than 2 years use and need to replace

Yes, it looks very nice. But I'm already finding the faucet flow is nearing zero. No other faucet in my place is having a problem and when I remove the spray head, water flow is fine. I'm unable to open up the spray head to clean it and I'm afraid that soaking it in vinegar will damage the fake chrome finish (feels like plastic with a coating). I also can't find a replacement head, so it seems I'll need to replace the whole faucet. Also, though I did get somewhat used to it, it is very hard to find the right spot to move the handle to when you want a temperature other than really cold or too hot.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought this fixture during a 50% off sale (yay!) and installed by myself - I have absolutely zero previous plumbing experience so I feel like a rock star. It also looks great in my kitchen!

I got this faucet on sale, it works quite well. It will take a while to get used to the lever, it's too sensitive to the movement. There is an error in the specifications written in the box, it states that the connection is 1/2", the connection is actually 3/8"

Great style and performance

Bought this unit when it was on sale. Very easy installation because it has it's own braided lines, to attach to water source. Also the pull down stays in place and the water pressure is better than the moen I replaced. The sales person at Vernon Canadian tire was very helpful which made my buying experience that much better.

Q: Faucet runs hot water only I bought this faucet a few weeks ago and when installed i noticed that it only runs hot water, not cold. can i get this faucet exchanged from the store i purchased it from?

A: When attaching cold water line, you may have twisted the line while tightening the nut, resulting in a loop and then a kink. Just like a kink in a yard hose water won't get thru.

A: This is only in the case where the supply for a portable dishwasher is being connected to the pull out spray head. This is not recommended.
