Q: How do I remove the main plunger from the drain assembly for the purpose of cleaning?

A: Hello Thank you for submitting this question. You would need to push the stopper to raised position. unscrew the stopper cap turning counter clockwise. Using a wrench or pliers, unscrew the cartridge from the drain collar and remove from the drain.
